Effective April 2026
By accessing or using Swiftz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including developers integrating the API, merchants accepting payments, and resellers operating white-label platforms.
Swiftz provides non-custodial cryptocurrency payment infrastructure. We provide:
— Hosted checkout pages for accepting cryptocurrency payments — API endpoints for creating and monitoring payment sessions — Webhook delivery for payment event notifications — A public ledger for transaction verification — Dashboard tools for managing payments, wallets, and API keys
We are not a financial institution, money transmitter, or custodian. We do not hold, store, or control your funds at any point.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Swiftz, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these terms.
You may not use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited by law.
You agree not to use the Service for:
— Illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or financing terrorism — Selling prohibited goods or services — Circumventing sanctions or export controls — Generating fake transactions or manipulating the public ledger — Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API — Impersonating Swiftz or creating misleading checkout pages
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Swiftz is a non-custodial service. This means:
— We never hold, control, or have access to your funds — Payments go directly from your customers to your configured wallet addresses — We cannot reverse, refund, or recover transactions — You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet addresses and private keys
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Ensure your wallet addresses are correct before accepting payments.
API access is subject to rate limits as described in the documentation. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary suspension of API access.
You are responsible for securing your API keys. Do not expose API keys in client-side code, public repositories, or logs. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard.
We reserve the right to modify, deprecate, or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice.
Swiftz charges no transaction fees on any plan. Subscription fees for paid plans are charged as described on the pricing page.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The Swiftz name, logo, and all platform software are the intellectual property of Swiftz. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.
Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. We make no representations about the value of any cryptocurrency. You assume all risk associated with cryptocurrency transactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swiftz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Transaction records may be retained as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Swiftz is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
