Terms of Service

By accessing or using Swiftz services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including merchants, resellers, and developers integrating via our API.

Swiftz provides non-custodial cryptocurrency payment infrastructure, including hosted checkout pages, a REST API, HMAC-signed webhook notifications, a merchant dashboard, and white-label reseller tooling. We are a routing and verification layer. We do not hold, store, or have access to your funds at any point.

To use Swiftz you must provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your credentials, be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Swiftz does not charge transaction fees. You keep 100% of every payment. The only cost is your plan subscription where applicable. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with 30 days notice.

Swiftz is strictly non-custodial. All payments are routed directly to wallet addresses you control. We never hold, escrow, or have access to your cryptocurrency. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet access. Loss of keys cannot be recovered by Swiftz.

You may not use Swiftz for: illegal activities or transactions; money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion; sale of illegal goods or services; fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative practices; circumventing rate limits or abusing the API; or any activity that violates applicable law.

API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan. Abuse (including excessive requests, scraping, or attempts to circumvent limits) may result in temporary or permanent suspension. API keys are your responsibility; revoke compromised keys immediately.

Webhook endpoints must be publicly accessible HTTPS URLs. Swiftz signs all webhook payloads with HMAC-SHA256. You are responsible for verifying signatures before processing events. We retry failed deliveries up to 5 times with exponential backoff.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swiftz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of funds, data, or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time via the dashboard. Termination does not affect any obligations incurred prior to termination.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
